Hi, I’m Rachel.
I am a Mama photographer located in Humboldt County, California and seasonally serving the Milwaukee, WI area specializing in Newborn Photography, Baby Photography, Maternity Photography, and Family Photography. I offer sessions year-round both in my studio, in my clients homes, and outdoors. I specialize in creating custom archival museum quality artwork built to last for 100+ years featuring images of your family for your home.
If you’re anything like me your phone is filled with hundreds of candid photos of your sweet kiddos and husband with a grand total of maybe 5 (decent) photos of me with my kiddo or of my crazy bunch. Because let’s face it, Dad doesn’t exactly understand the meaning of “good angles” (insert eye roll). Welcome to the club, Mama!
My job is to capture your beautiful family, right now in this moment. Quick before you blink and they are all grown up and driving off to college! And yes; I will get your good angles. How do I pick a theme for my baby's session?
I love when Mamas already have a theme or look in mind for their baby’s session. But if you don’t; that’s ok too! We can style your baby’s session by reviewing things your baby likes (their favorite cartoon character or their favorite toy – stuffed bears). Or the color in your nursery (pink, blue, green yellow) and I can build a custom scene based off of just a few of those things for your baby’s session. That way the session is memorable and meaningful to you and your baby; to tell the story of their life. OR we can also offer you an all white simple studio look to create a classic look.
Does my baby have to be sitting up independently to have baby photos taken?
Do you have a Payment Plan?
Yes, we do offer payment plans upon request!
Are family photos included in baby sessions?
Yes! Family portraits are included (and in our opinion necessary) for all baby milestone sessions! If you haven’t already, you may want to consider joining our Collective Membership which includes up to 3 sessions per year to document your (quickly) growing little one!

To book a session for your little one you can click here to get in contact with me. After you have submitted my contact form I will be in touch with you via email within 24-48 hours where I will review packages and dates available with you.
