Before I divulge all of my best secrets (the 3 things you didn’t know you needed for your baby’s Newborn Photography Redding, CA Session). I want to first cover the basics. What are your options for a Newborn Session with RHP? Newborn sessions typically take place within the first 2 weeks of baby’s birthday. Where your session(s) take place is entirely based on your personal style and preferences. Here at RHP we offer 3 location options, but you are in no means limited to only choosing one of these options. Some Mama’s (myself included) will choose to have two Newborn sessions.

Although some people (including myself and the family from this session) sometimes choose to do BOTH a session in the hospital during those first 48 hours of baby’s life AND either a session in the studio or in their home. (If this interests you, ask me about a combo session for your newborn portraits with your inquiry!) 😊
🏡 During an in-home newborn session, I have the freedom to not only capture individual portraits of your baby, but also incorporate the details of your home and family. From the nursery (that you have been perfecting for the last 9 months) to the living room, every room is an opportunity for a beautiful and meaningful portrait. And let’s not forget about the family pets! They are an important part of the family and can add a special touch to the memories we will capture.

1) A Client Wardrobe – I offer a seasonal selection of beautifully curated items for Mamas and their little ones for Newborn Photography Redding, CA sessions to help take the stress away on the day and weeks leading up to your session. Although I do (on occasion) have some last minute availability for Newborn Sessions, I always suggest booking in advance to be sure we can secure your session. 💞
